Having shared more than 20 years of friendship, Jasmin F(owner) and Noelyn P, the founders of The Flour Girls, have started their business in hopes of sharing all things sweet and pretty with the world.

Cupcakes for a Cause

The Flour Girls | Cupcakes & Confections donated three dozen cupcakes to Pacific Gas & Electric for their fund raising bake sale that took place on Monday October 25, 2010. All proceeds went to the Make-a-Wish Foundation to enrich the lives of children with life-threatening diseases.
