Having shared more than 20 years of friendship, Jasmin F(owner) and Noelyn P, the founders of The Flour Girls, have started their business in hopes of sharing all things sweet and pretty with the world.

Mahalo, from The Flour Girls



The Flour Girls | Cupcakes & Confections set up shop last Sunday at Hula Ohana Hokulani’s first fundraising luau with a booth filled with delicious cupcakes. Red velvet with cream cheese frosting decorated with tiny white pearls and vanilla bean cupcakes with butter cream frosting topped with plumeria fondant flowers, adorned the table.
