Having shared more than 20 years of friendship, Jasmin F(owner) and Noelyn P, the founders of The Flour Girls, have started their business in hopes of sharing all things sweet and pretty with the world.

Hello, Beautiful!



Jasmin, sole proprietor and co-founder of The Flour Girls | Cupcakes & Confections isn't the only one with a soft spot for Hello Kitty; our most recent cakepop client does too! Two dozen special order red velvet Hello Kitty cakepops and two dozen chocolate standard shaped cakepops with blue sprinkles were created to celebrate a very special 11th birthday last weekend!
